More about me

I believe the client-therapist relationship is at the heart of the therapeutic process, and I strive to collaboratively co-create meaning and a greater understanding of yourself. My style is responsive, relational, and casual. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own experience and my role is to facilitate better understanding of yourself. My work is grounded in anti-oppressive politics that recognizes the harm that oppressive structures do to all of us, but especially those with marginalized identities.

I am dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for clients across the spectrum of gender and sexuality. My practice is queer-, kink-, poly-, and sex work-friendly, rooted in an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach that prioritizes your lived experience.

I am a graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and also have a background in theater and film, including an MFA in film from Columbia University School of the Arts. My experience in collaborative, narrative storytelling has been a valuable resource in helping clients understand their histories, the intergenerational forces of trauma and oppression that affect them, and the internalized narratives that shape their beliefs and choices.

I’d love to hear from you if you have any questions or think we’d be a good fit to work together.
