Welcome, I’m Elena.

Growth and healing happen when we create space for all parts of ourselves to be witnessed and held. In our work together, I’ll help you develop a compassionate relationship with your inner world while working with you to develop skills and understanding to navigate life’s complexities with greater ease and authenticity.

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds who struggle with issues that impact all areas of their lives: work, friendship, partnership, family, and sex. Some common themes in my practice include: LGBTQ+ identities, gender & sexuality, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges in both traditional and non-traditional relationship structures, complex trauma, sexual trauma, obsessional thinking, communication issues, life transitions, chronic illness, and stress from sexism, racism, ableism.

I am a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to supporting clients find understanding, meaning, and change. I work with individuals and relationship partners.

I would love to learn about you, where you are in life, and how I can support you to live a more fulfilling life.

What I Offer

Individual Therapy

I believe that the foundation of growth and healing comes through a safe, attuned, non-judgmental space, From that place of support, together we can explore your life, relationships, and experience in the world. Together we investigate, explore, understand, and accept difficult and uncomfortable aspects of who we are. By giving space to even the most alienated and shameful parts of ourselves we can begin the process of healing.

I draw on psychodynamic, narrative, attachment based, and trauma centered approaches to build a working relationship that is unique to each client and their needs.

Relationship Therapy

Often, relationships form patterns and cycles that can cause feelings of pain and isolation for everyone involved. When I do relationship work, I look at the relationship as an organism, safely exploring its history, dynamics, where it is working well and where it is struggling.

Together we can work on identifying and re-patterning painful cycles, improving communication, nurturing desire, and practicing strategies of healing relational trauma.

I work with partners of all sexualities, gender identities, and from all types of relationship structures.
